Your customer service were efficient and helpful and the postage was unbelievably fast. Overall a wonderful, painfree experiece and I will and have recommended your site to others. Well done. I have never ordered and payed for anything so big to be posted interstate and was a bit apprehensive. I initially hpoed you could open a store in sydney but even though that would still be welcome the whole process from sighting on website to receiving and playing guitar was quick, rewarding and excellent value for money. (Only took about 2 days to get here and I have been told off other more experienced players that they love the sound and style of the marque and could not believe the price).
